Position: Administration Officer – Scheduler
Location: Banyo, QLD
Job Type: Part-time (20-30 hours per week) with the potential for future full-time employment.
General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather information and address customer queries.
Decision Making: Analyse and interpret information to make informed decisions that contribute to operational efficiency.

Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Data Entry: Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
